Gaining Access To Your Property

When gaining access to high parts of your property, Allied Maintenance will always use the most cost effective form of access as possible. We don't want you unnecessarily spending money that you don't need to.

• Ladder access - Where we can safely access your high points at your property using ladders, we will do so which will make the job cheaper for you. We will only do so where it is a safe option.
• Scaffolding or scaffold tower - There will be cases where we need to put up scaffolding so we will organise all that for you using local suppliers.

Site Visits, Quotation & Billing

Here at Allied Maintenance, we always want to make things transparent and fair for you. So once we have come to see you, accessed the problem areas and assessed the work involved, we will give you a written estimate including what needs doing and the associated cost.

If you want to go ahead with the work, we will organise the scaffolding and the materials to the site. Then when the work is complete and to your satisfaction, we will invoice for payment on the day of completion for immediate payment.
